Based near Whitfield in the King Valley (North East Victoria) Rosemarie Thompson has been interested in cooking from a very young age and has been involved in the food industry for most of her working life. Rosemarie began King Valley Fine Foods 17 years ago. Her first range of pestos was a great success.
The King Valley Fine Foods range to this day is something different with their wide range of pesto’s including Chilli & Tomato, Beetroot and Macadamia & Rocket & Pistachio. Rosemarie is continually expanding her range with a wonderful selection of Dips (Green Pea, Coriander & Chilli is my personal favourite), Chutneys, Relishes, Mayonnaise, Vinaigrette’s, Glazes and now pre-prepared meals including family pies & lasagnes to take home on those busy nights.
King Valley Fine Foods prides itself on using only the best and freshest ingredients, sourcing fresh produce locally wherever possible, including herbs from their own herb garden. Their products do not contain any artificial additives, colours or flavours and a large part of the range is Gluten Free and Vegan friendly.
